Paws By The River

I understand that I am solely responsible for any harm or damage caused by my dog(s) while participating in services provided by Paws by the River.*

I confirm that my dog(s) are in good health, up to date on vaccinations, and have not shown aggressive behaviour toward people or other animals.*

I understand that dogs may engage in normal play with other dogs, which may result in minor injuries such as scratches, nicks, or abrasions. I accept these risks and agree that Paws by the River will not be held liable for injuries resulting from normal dog play or social interaction.*

I understand that minor injuries may occur during walks, playtime, or routine care, and I accept all risks associated with dog walking and pet sitting services.*

I authorize Paws by the River to seek emergency veterinary care for my dog(s) if I am unreachable, and I understand that all veterinary and related costs are my responsibility.*

I release and hold harmless Paws by the River, its owner, and representatives from any liability, claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from dog walking or pet sitting services, including injuries caused by my dog(s).*

I authorize Paws by the River to access my home for pet-sitting services and understand that reasonable care will be taken, but Paws by the River is not responsible for property damage caused by

my pet(s).*

I understand that services may be refused or discontinued at any time if my dog is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for care.*

I have read and agree with the Paws by the River policies.*
